Shipping Information

Red Cannon Games Ltd ships orders from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail services.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

During busy periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

International Delivery (EU, USA & Worldwide)

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping using Royal Mail International services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • European Union: 5–10 working days

  • United States: 7–14 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–21 working days

International delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are the responsibility of the customer

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at: hasan@redcannongames.co.uk

  2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us

Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be made to the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or another appropriate resolution

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items.

Refused International Shipments

If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any return shipping charges incurred may be deducted from your refund

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to investigate.

We cannot process refunds or replacements for lost items until the courier investigation is complete.
